Our Branches operate between 7am and 2pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Phone messages can be left outside operating hours.
Delivery of meals from your Branch is normally between 9am and 11am. Please Note: we cannot guarantee a specific time for your delivery.
Our volunteers give a friendly smile, can have a chat and check in to see how you are doing, we are More Than Just a Meal and its important part of our volunteers day to visit and say Hi. If you would prefer a weekly delivery, we suggest choosing a combination of fresh & frozen meals to maximise freshness and able to receive in one delivery.
If you will not be home to accept your meal delivery, you may wish to arrange for a neighbour to collect your meals or you can pick up the meal from your relevant Branch. Please note: your meal cannot be left in an esky due to Food Safety Regulations. If you need to cancel a delivery or arrange alternative delivery arrangements, please contact your branch coordinator by 7:30am on the day of delivery. If you are suddenly ill or taken to hospital, please try to arrange someone to contact your branch coordinator to let them know. The hospital will do this if you ask them.
